we generally offer typical varieties of pasta as first course:
• pumpkin tortelloni with mincemeat or ricotta (cheese) tortelloni with butter and sage,
• tagliatelle with mincemeat or ham
• strichetti" with zucchini and ham
• strozzapreti with sausage and radicchio
• The green lasagna Bolognese
- some special first courses:
• risotto with pears and cheese
• risotto with pumpkin and sausage
• tagliatelle with rosemary, ham and zucchini
• lasagne with pumpkin or vegetables
- as main course, we recommend pork that comes from our farm:
• simple or mixedstuffed roast
• fillet steak with herbs
• rilled pork
• Skewers
• pork fillet with grape juice
- main courses without meat:
• eggplant parmigiana
• Omelette with vegetables
• samplings of various cheeses accompanied by jams and balsamic vinegar
Finally, we propose excellent sweets, fresh fruit pies and tarts prepared with our jams.
The wine we serve comes from organic cellars nearby.
Prices vary, for a complete meal from 25 to 30 euros per person for adults, with discounts for children.
